Nightshade free Blackened Tilapia Recipe
This nightshade free blackened tilapia recipe can easily be used with any other with flesh fish (Cod being one of my favorites). I haven’t included many fish recipes in this recipe challenge but don’t be fooled into thinking I don’t like fish, I actually love fish.
The funny think is for most of my life I have lived on relatively small to tiny islands and one complaint always arose – fresh fish is bloody expensive even when I am living literally 1km from the sea!
