Nightshade Free Garlic Rosemary Aioli Recipe
This garlic rosemary aioli recipe is a perfect nightshade free salad dressing or dip that should prove to be very popular. Aioli is really another word for garlic mayo and this is the perfect complement for sweet potato fries which I hope to include later in the 50 day night shade free recipe challenge.
Another reason I have included this dip/salad dressing is I hope to post a roast chicken thigh salad recipe tomorrow which uses this aioli so please come back to check that out. Any time you get a chance to eat garlic you should do so.
It is extremely good for you and works as an anti fungal which helps keep internal yeast under control and has anti inflammatory properties which is ideal for a psoriasis sufferer to try and keep your over active immune system “cooled” down.
